Ernie had sneaked into my bag and joined us to an East European restaurant tonight. Had such nice food and a wonderful evening.

Final Project

While doing my final project, which started yesterday and will take 10 weeks, I'm drinking tea many times a day. I think it's my biggest inspiration and best way to relax.

My final project will become an illustrated book about a girl who is thinking a little too much about the meaning of life and politics. I guess I'll be a bit absent-minded the coming weeks...

My friends don't have any mouths and hats yet.

Sometimes I mix up people because I'm faceblind light and I have big problems seeing my friends' faces in my imagination. Have always felt a bit stupid about this, but last year I read in the paper that it's not that unusual.

Mini Mr Pissed.

Both Lola and Jessica have tagged me. Here are 6 weird things about me (don't know who to tag, so I'll skip that part):

1. I stand on one leg when cooking (like a flamingo)
2. When tickeling my right foot, my right foot is shaking. When tickeling my left foot, my right foot is shaking.
3. I have a too sensitive nose and can't sit close to people with bad breath.
4. I shower very hot about three times a day because I get cold very easily.
5. I like food made of liver and blood (not in the same dish though).
6. Don't want people behind me at the cinema.

Tea, as always...

Mr J told me to sit on the floor and play retarded while drawing, it came out like this.

Yesterday was... awful. Decided to get drunk and so I did. Went out to a huge party tent on Iron Square (nice translation) and had wine with my friends which made me feel so much better (both). We had so much fun and my vegetarian friend ate a meat hamburger. Then I walked home with my Mr J and slept until lunch hour.

Have had a really cozy afternoon walking and eating indian food. Took a long walk home alone passing by a café and had some hot chocolate, yummy. Bought six CD's so it'll be a great weekend. I wish you all one as well :)

The final project at school starts on Monday and I'm getting prepared with some crocheting to clear my mind. The world is white and cold, I love staying indoors. Had a little too much snow while growing up ;)

Started today with a lecture at an art exhibition with a poet reading her poems and speaking about her work process. It was great! Some pictures from the exhibition:

Sandra, you're the only one I know who drinks water for breakfast, Mr J said to me one day. I love water. My breakfast is, of course, not only water but also a bowl of porridge with apple and milk.

Couldn't believe my eyes when, at lunch, I stumbled out of a room at school. The sun was shining! Made me smile like a freak ;)

Today I could actually see my own shadow.





Salmon day

Making dinner, aaah. Salmon again, freaky week. As long as the salmon is cold I really like it.

So far it's been a lovely rainy and dark day with nice talk with some people at school and the best bento box ever. Yummy. Found that sweet pillow in a shopping window on my way to the sushi, beautiful, isn't it?





The New Week

School has started "for real" again after some fake christmas holidays and I'm exhausted. After seeing almost no other person than Mr J for about three weeks it's been overwhelming seeing all my classmates. Haven't had the time nor the energy to take any pictures since Sunday. I'm happy about your visits though :)

Sunday Morning

Morning sweet. My Mr J loves to sleep in the mornings and sometimes I stay with him and other mornings I get up earlier, like today. Had my pre-breakfast and have been taking it very easy listening to the sounds of the neighbours. In our small crowded home it's great to have these moments.





New Life 2007

Starting my new life isn't hard when having the best fruit-, veggie- and cheesestore close to my home. The plans for 2007 are to eat better food (less meat, more veggies), start using the running shoes again, be kinder to myself (means I'll become kinder to others as well) etc. Some pictures from my walk to the fabulous store:

Also have plans to start to cook more, I rely too much on Mr J's cooking and have become really lazy when it comes to the cooking part (though I am a pizza baking pro ;)).
