Repeat December/29/2006 We went outdoors for the first time in ages. Still feeling weak and ill. Visited a small exhibition at the art museum: It feels like my life's on repeat at the moment. Flower Power December/25/2006 Spent one of the loveliest Christmas Eves yesterday, with some sleep in the afternoon... Perfect for a lazy cat like me. Mr J drew a flower on my leg: Today we've been taking a ride with the tram to a suburb for a change, after those sick days at home it was well needed to see something new. Octopus in the suburb. God Jul December/24/2006 We decided not to spend this day with our families this year. Have been out for a walk to ICA for some food shopping and our catneighbour Lisa has been visiting us for a couple of hours. Sweet day. Now we're busy cooking some food easy too both cook and eat when being sick (which we both are). It has been a beautiful and sunny day, spring feeling, weird. Some pictures from my walk to ICA: Merry Christmas to you all :) Apple satellite December/22/2006 My sister and her family gave me this sweet little plate a couple of years ago (26th birthday). It's adoreable. At Hitta.se you can view Sweden from above. This picture is from the neighbourhood I grew up in as a kid. My father is a very ambivalent person, so we've moved quite a lot (I've moved on the average every second year of my life) and never lived longer than five years in one apartment. Up in the North December/21/2006 Have been visiting my family for five days. We were lucky and had snow all days, it came when we came and melted away when we left. It has been around -12 degrees celsius every day and sunshine in the mornings. Beautiful! Didn't take many pictures, around 20... Means I had so much fun I forgot my camera :) Ice on the car windows on our way up to Korpilombolo to visit my Grandmother. My sister and her (sick) kids :) They are the best. So, Christmas holiday for a week already. Back home to rest and write an essay about depression/anxiety/darkness in illustrations and comics. I'll be back :) Christmas Holiday! December/14/2006 So, finally school's over for a while! I'm celebrating it with the best concert in ages (MABD) tonight and my birthday + fly to my family tomorrow. Will have sweet and relaxing days up in the north and then be home next week. Under my pillow I found this today: A postcard Mr J ordered from Malota, beautiful! Have a wonderful weekend and see you next week! Foot art December/11/2006 Tomorrow is my last presentation this Autumn. On Friday starts Christmas holiday (have to write an essay but I don't mind calling it holiday). Well needed :) The best way to relax is when Mr J is drawing on my foot. On tour December/09/2006 Today: Christmas markets (the nicest one at Badhusgatan where we met some friends and had some fika), looking at the mass of people running around between different shops looking for the perfect christmas gift, eating fabulous food at a French restaurant, having some tea at Cozy & Harmony (nice café), walking walking walking... The sun has been shining for a while - well needed. We pass this car a few times a week walking another way to school, it's fabulous! Mmm colour Sweet old map It's light! A king is born December/07/2006 Started to crochet this little king for my mr J a few weeks ago, but since my arm goes numb from crocheting, I have to rest a couple of months or so. Gothenburg has the strangest yellow light a few times a year, yesterday was one of those days. Have never seen anything like it before. Shop 'til you drop December/06/2006 Put up a temporary shop until Christmas for the poor little softies who are left from the market. Mr Taxi Driver has moved to Hamburg! Tschüß!! Christmas Market December/03/2006 Have been at school the whole weekend selling softies etc at our christmas market. Hi softies! Which of you are moving away from me? Mr Autumn, Mr Nature, Mr Swimmer, Little Miss Maid, Miss Golddigger, Sir Elton & Mr Taxi Driver (sold) These guys went home with me again (lucky thing: almost all of my own favourites weren't sold, they are very welcome to stay in my house). After the busy weekend mr J and I went to a great restaurant and had lots of food and wine. We also went to the new huge cinema to watch Saw III, a really baaaad film (I loved the first Saw-film).
